Chelsea winger Willian may not be one of the Premier League’s biggest superstars, but the amount of transfer rumours he’s been involved in makes it sound as if he were.

Linked to the likes of Barcelona, Manchester United and Real Madrid this summer, the player is constantly mentioned in the headlines, with several bids reported.

The stories about his departure got bigger today, as Willian didn’t show up at Chelsea’s training, as he was expected to do so, and it took everyone by surprise.

Reports from Brazil soon explained that the player had problems renewing his passport, and should be returning to London on Tuesday night.

Now UOL comes up with a very similar story, with Willian’s return being confirmed by the player’s press officers.

What is interesting this time is that, also credited to his staff, there’s the information that Barcelona have made two offers for him.

With the Catalan media denying that there has been two bids, it’s interesting to see the Chelsea player’s staff insisting on it. Even though they claim that this delay has nothing to do with transfer business.

Globo Esporte agrees that Willian doesn’t wish to leave in London. The website says that the only reason he would have to leave is now gone: Antonio Conte.

Regarding Willian’s delay, they claim that his passport didn’t have any blank sheets, so he couldn’t get an immigration stamp.
