This week, a few conflicting claims from the Italian media have been linking Chelsea defender Malang Sarr to a transfer to Inter Milan.

It was first said that the player had travelled to sort his move to the Nerazzurri, but it didn’t take much long for other reports to claim that there were no advanced negotiations for the transfer.

And more recently, it was written that Inter aren’t even interested in Sarr, as he was only been offered by the club because his entourage are looking for an ‘urgent’ move out of the Stamford Bridge.

Now, as we read the Italian media once again today, it turns out there could be another destination for the 22-year-old on the cards, as a move to AC Milan is a possibility as well.

With Simon Kjaer ruled out for the rest of the season, Tuttosport writes that many agents will take advantage of the situation and start offering defenders to the Rossoneri.

The outlet points out that Sarr could be one of them, and regardless of Kjaer’s injury, Milan were already interested in signing new centre-backs, so they could indeed start moving for an addition very soon.

This time it isn’t said how much the Chelsea player would cost, but back on when the talks with Inter Milan were reported, it was claimed he could move on a loan with a €15m buying option.
