The Brazilian press now backs-up that the Watford forward Richarlison is close to joining Everton in a £50m move.

After the initial reports from the English media, it’s now Globo Esporte who claims that there’s an agreement between the clubs.

The outlet says that there are now only ‘bureaucratic details’ left for the move to be official, such as medical exams and the contract signature.

Globo Esporte even gives good news to Fluminense fans, as the Brazilian club will be getting a percentage in case the Everton transfer is confirmed.

When selling the player to Watford last year for £11.5m, Fluminense demanded that they would be getting 10% of the Hornets’ profit in a future deal. So if Richarlison signs for Everton for £50m, the Brazilian side will be making £3.8m.

Richarlison made 41 appearances for Watford, scoring five goals, all of them under Marco Silva. Now he’s expected to meet the manager again at the Goodison Park.
