With the transfer window now up and running, expect a lot of stories to be updated over and over again by newspapers as even the smallest detail becomes enough for a new article.
A great example of this happens to be Montpellier’s Morgan Sanson, who has attracted some interest from the Premier League, with Bournemouth and West Brom both reportedly interested.
As Marseille are said to be after the player too, La Provence are dedicating some of their resources to get the latest out of the situation, and Bournemouth appear to be the ones they believe are the biggest competition, alongside AS Roma, failing to mention Tony Pulis’ side altogether.
The French newspaper report on Wednesday that the player is aware of the interest in him, including that of Eddie Howe’s side, and is assessing the situation, thinking about the various options that are likely to present themselves to him over the course of the coming month.
Yet to receive any actual offers, the player is expected to hold a meeting with his representatives and entourage on Wednesday in order to make the best decision possible for his future.
La Provence also state that down Montpellier’s end, there is a feeling the situation surrounding their star should be clearer, at the latest, by the beginning of next week.
An offer from the Vitality Stadium would certainly help speed things up.
