The Spanish media today reveals Barcelona’s interest in Fulham winger Manor Solomon.

Outlet Fichajes claims that with manager Xavi unhappy with the squad’s form this season, the club will be looking hard for reinforcements in the summer window.

Solomon may only have eleven appearances and four goals for Fulham this season, having been sidelined for months because of a knee surgery.

But what he’s been showing lately, scoring in their last three games in the Premier League, was apparently enough to draw Barcelona’s new chase for him.

It’s said Barça had already been following Solomon last summer, and now the interest continues, as they should try to ‘play their cards’ to get the signing done.

Solomon belongs to Shakhtar Donetsk and is loaned to Fulham until the end of the season.

The thing is that his contract with the Ukranian side expires in December, and given his effort to leave them last summer, it’s unlikely he’ll work for a renewal.

So with the recent form he’s been showing with at Craven Cottage, that’s set to encourage more clubs to fight for his signing, unless Fulham strike a deal for him sooner rather than later.
