Inter Milan star Lautaro Martínez’s impressive performances this season have seen him arouse interest from several clubs, and, reportedly, that includes Arsenal.

The striker has 25 goals and 10 assists from 52 games. It includes a goal in his side’s latest win over AC Milan on Tuesday and the result helped Inter make it to the Champions League final.

Martínez’s displays seem to have pleased Arsenal, who could try to get ahead of other English clubs in the transfer race, according to InterLive.it.

The north London club are ready to back Mikel Arteta in the transfer market so they can challenge again for the title next season. For their attack, they are looking at Martínez and the report suggests there could be a ‘blitz’ from Arsenal to sign him.

It’s stated Arsenal ‘could do everything’ to get their hands on the Argentina international to bolster their attack next season.

InterLive.it state the Serie A club’s leaders would be in ‘disarray’ if Arteta’s side were to make an ‘offer of at least €80m’ for the World Cup winner. For this figure, no Inter player would be considered non-transferable.

Now it’s over to Arsenal, but this doesn’t feel like an area of great need for them.
