Here’s one more La Liga side joining the race for Chelsea winger Robert Kenedy.

Earlier this week, Valencia were pointed out as a potential destination for the 25-year-old, as manager José Bordalás made an ‘express personal request’ for the club to sign him.

Now according to Diário de Sevilla, Real Betis would like to go and get Kenedy as well.

The report claims he’s a player who their technical staff ‘like a lot’, as they’ve been following him since he landed in Spain at the start of the season, for his loan at Getafe.

The outlet points out that Valencia are in the race for the signing as well, and that’s one of the factors why the Brazilian is a ‘complicated option’ for Betis in the summer market.

It’s claimed that Kenedy will join Chelsea to start the pre-season with the club, and only then will decide his future, as he could still leave the Blues on another loan or on a permanent move.

His contract with the Stamford Bridge side runs until 2024.
