AMKSpor have reported Fenerbahçe’s chances of signing Samir Nasri have received a huge boost after Manchester City and the Turkish club agreed on his yearly salary.
Fenerbahçe officials are currently in discussions with Manchester City, and AMKSpor say the club are expecting no problems from the Premier League side with regards to closing the loan deal.
Nasri’s future is likely to lie elsewhere as his chances of getting playing time next season will be even more limited after Manchester City signed Bernardo Silva from AS Monaco.
Nasri started the season brightly under Jorge Sampaoli at Sevilla, but following injuries he went on a poor run of form. The Spanish side decided not to exercise their right of redemption for the playmaker at the end of last season, but that was always going to be the case, regardless of Nasri’s form.
The French midfielder played 30 games for Sevilla last season, scoring three goals.
