West Ham United have enjoyed a good run in the Premier League this season, which has seen them sit in the fourth spot after 26 games.
Tomáš Souček and Vladimír Coufal have had a part to play in their side’s impressive league run after the duo arrived at the English capital from Slavia Prague in 2020.
The midfielder’s loan deal was made permanent last summer after having initially joined David Moyes’ side in the winter 2020 market. Coufal signed for the London club last October.
Meanwhile, West Ham still continue to be linked with Slavia forward Abdallah Sima and their goalkeeper, Ondřej Kolář.
Jaroslav Tvrdík, the president of the Czech Republican side has now revealed he regularly get multiple requests from West Ham fans asking about Sima and Kolář.
“They feel they should have a pre-purchase right. But that’s not the situation, we don’t have a partnership. Maybe we’ll get there in time.”
Along with Moyes’ side, reports earlier indicated Juventus and Arsenal are also looking at Sima. Responding to the Gunners’ rumours, the agent of Senegalese attacker confirmed clubs are interested in his client.
Tvrdík has now revealed his side received a proposal from England for Sima in the winter market.
“In the winter, we had an offer of €10m from a leading Premier League club. But we wouldn’t sell him for €20m. Now we know about offers for the summer, which range from €20m to €25m,” he explained.
“Of course, it is difficult to overtake, but the amount that The Sun speculates about would be difficult to refuse. This is for five years of operation of Slavia, and we would still build a youth academy of Abdallah Sima.”
According to iSport, Sima’s departure is ‘more acceptable’ to Slavia than letting Kolář leave the club in the summer.
