Venezuelan player Adalberto Peñaranda is now reportedly eligible to play for Watford.

Signed from Udinese in 2016 on a €10.5m deal, the player is still to make an appearance for the Hornets, as he’s spent his first years being sent out on loans.

And despite staying at the club for the start of the 2018/19 season, the 21-year-old hasn’t featured in Javi Gracia’s side due to these work permit problems.

But now according to reports from Venezuela, Peñaranda has finally got his visa and can play for Watford.

ESPN journalist Richard Mendez was the first to report it on Twitter.

Then other websites such as Meridiano and Caraota Digital started reporting it, with pictures of Peñaranda training with Watford’s squad.

So apparently it’s finally time to see the striker in action for the Hornets.
