The Mexican version of Marca brings a piece this week highlighting Raul Jimenez’s start to the season for Wolverhampton Wanderers.
They show that it’s been four years since his debut in Europe for Atletico Madrid, and it took him that long to finally have a manager who trusts him enough to give him a secure starting spot.
Starting six straight games this season was equalling a record for him, as it only happened before in his first year at Benfica. But Marca believes that things will go differently this time, as he has more chances to succeed at Wolves.
The newspaper writes that ‘the Mexican has found his place in the Premier League, whose pace and direct style seems to have come perfect to his way of playing’.
