If you were an agent looking to move a striker this month then West Ham would look like a good port of call.
The Hammers are working to bring in an additional forward for new manager Graham Potter after injuries left them very short in the position.
A multitude of players have already been linked, and typically there’s been claims of low-ball offers being submitted by West Ham.
However, they’re not interested in Mergim Berisha, reports Sky Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenberg. He claims the striker has been offered to West Ham but the London club haven’t taken the bait.
They’re not interested in signing the Hoffenheim player this month and are instead looking at other targets. Berisha is represented by CAA Stellar so it’s perhaps not a great surprise they’d turn to West Ham whilst offering the 26-year-old around.
Berisha has made 17 appearances so far this season, mainly as a substitute, and scored a solitary goal.
That goal came against Bayer Leverkusen in September.
Hoffenheim are currently battling against relegation from the Bundesliga.
