Leeds United defender Maximilian Wöber has admitted he doesn’t know what the future holds for him at Elland Road.
Sky Austria have an interview with the 28-year-old today as he gears up to return to Leeds this summer following an unsuccessful loan spell at Werder Bremen.

The centre-back joined the German side in the summer after falling out of favour under Daniel Farke last season.
It was made clear that he was not a part of Leeds’ plans moving forwards and, the plan was for him to get his career back on track in Germany.
Instead, he managed just four appearances totalling 159 minutes for Werder this season, as various issues, from hamstring injuries to a muscle injury, limited his time on the pitch.
As a result, the German side won’t be using an option to sign him permanently.
Waiting for Leeds
He will return to Leeds at the end of the month, where he still has a year left on his deal. A permanent exit in some capacity would likely make sense. But the defender admits he’s still waiting to see what Leeds want to do.
“I think basically, I won’t be the most sought-after player at Leeds United anymore,” he said.
“That’s very clear to me, so yeah, we’ll see how it goes. I’m assuming that I’ll be back to the preparation normally.
“I believe that after such an injury, I think you simply need units with the team, those games where you simply get the feeling of the body back, that you’re fit and that everything works and that everything holds.
“That’s why it will be very important for me to do the preparation again. Then we’ll see how it goes on, what Leeds’ plan is, what’s happening on the transfer market.”
