According to a claim in the Turkish media, Galatasaray are the latest club to show interest in West Ham United attacker Luis Guilherme, following on from FC Porto and Flamengo.

The 19-year-old has failed to make an impact since his arrival from Palmeiras last summer and could leave the Hammers during the next transfer window.

Sporx today report on Galatasaray’s pursuit for the young winger, and they say the Istanbul side are already planning for next season. It’s claimed the Super Lig leaders see the young forward as a possibility, and a ‘transfer decision has been made’ which could see quick efforts.

The Turkish media outlet also say West Ham are open to offers for Guilherme and that Galatasaray should expect to face competition for the Brazilian.

Due to his difficulties since arriving in England, there were claims during the last window that FC Porto were looking to sign him.

We covered reports that the Portuguese giants were in talks to sign Guilherme, and despite getting a verbal agreement they couldn’t get a deal done before the deadline.

Guilherme has made just eight appearances since signing for West Ham and is contracted to the English side until June 2029.
