El Desmarque are also reporting Gil has been offered to the La Liga club. The 24-year-old was on loan at Girona last season and his temporary spell was cut short after he suffered an injury in March.
The Spain international has returned to the north London club after a loan spell at Girona. According to El Desmarque, the forward has been left out of Thomas Frank’s plans and therefore, Spurs are looking to offload him this summer.
Gil suffered an injury in March, and the report states he’s close to regaining full fitness, as he enters his final year of contract with the Europa League winners.
Due to his contract and injury, the report states Tottenham are willing to let Gil leave on favourable conditions.
Celta Vigo, for their part, are evaluating several conditions, including his injury, to decide whether it’s feasible to sign Gil.
