The Italian media today highlights the big interest that Aston Villa player Nicolo Zaniolo has been drawing from Serie A clubs.
The midfielder is currently loaned by Galatasaray, and despite the conditions which could make the transfer permanent, that’s no longer expected to happen.
That’s why Gazzetta Dello Sport comes up to say that Fiorentina, Juventus and AC Milan are all following Zaniolo’s season at Aston Villa.
It’s said ‘at least three clubs’ in Italy are ‘ready to seize a possible opportunity’ to sign him from the Turkish side at the end of the season, when he returns from Villa Park.
Zaniolo has been playing very little at Aston Villa, not even taking part in the match against Fulham at the weekend, and that’s a big reason for clubs to feel confident to signing him in the summer.
The midfielder would be keen on a return to Italy, with Gazzetta claiming he’s now ‘even more motivated’ about making a comeback, knowing that is where he will be drawing the most interest from and where he has managed to excel in the past.
