Bayern Munich ‘want to submit a new offer’ to Tottenham for Harry Kane ‘today or tomorrow’ as they continue their efforts to get him.

That’s according to journalist Florian Plettenberg, who says there is a plan in place at the German champions to continue their efforts to convince Tottenham to sell.

According to Plettenberg’s information, talks at Bayern are currently centred around their plan to make a new proposal and the idea is to offer around €110m with add-ons included for the Tottenham captain.

Whether that’s enough to convince Spurs, and more specifically Daniel Levy, remains to be seen given their tough stance on selling Kane this summer.

They’ve so far resisted all efforts from Bayern, demanding the Bundesliga champions pay a premium price despite Kane being in the last year of his contract.

Sport 1 also provide information on the situation, stating Kane’s family, particularly brother and advisor Charlie, ‘recently increased the pressure’ on the situation. Whether they are pressuring Tottenham or Bayern isn’t made clear.

Bayern’s bosses have made it clear several times they want a decision before the start of the season, but Tottenham turned down their latest offer on Monday.

That bid, reaching €100m plus bonuses wasn’t enough and Daniel Levy is believed to want a higher base amount before sanctioning a deal. He seemingly wants €100m base plus addition bonus payments on top.

Both clubs remain in talks and according to Sport 1’s information, those in charge at Bayern are thinking about making an improved bid again.

That is backed up by Sky, who say it’s a fact that they’ll be making a new bid and it’s part of the plan. Whether that’s because of the pressure Kane and his team appear to be applying remains to be seen.
