Aston Villa have made it clear that they are willing to go ‘all out’ and sign Levante’s Andrés García this month.

That’s according to COPE, who report that Aston Villa are willing to pay the player’s €12m release clause.

They explain that Aston Villa would have positioned themselves ahead of Sporting Club de Portugal. The Portuguese side have only got close to €10m so far.

García did not train on Friday with Levante because of the developing situation around him. There is a distinct change his ‘destiny can change’.

Aston Villa have ‘gone all out’ to get the young right-back. They are aware that Sporting are also pushing to sign for him.

Levante sporting director Felipe Miñambres recently admitted that the Portuguese side had made an offer close to €10m. They’ve made it clear that they would be willing to pay the €12m release clause if needed.

Now Aston Villa are pushing ahead of the Spanish side. If a definitive agreement was reached, he would not remain on loan, and would instead head straight to Villa Park.

The details of the operation are now being worked on and finalised, with Aston Villa not wasting any time.
