Thorgan Hazard has been linked with half the Premier League, and several clubs that were once in England’s top division but have since slipped away.

Eden’s younger brother is wheeled out so often in transfer rumours that it makes claims hard to believe, a case of crying wolf.

France FootMercato on Tuesday claim that West Ham, Leicester City, and Stoke City are all keen on the Borussia Monchengladbach player. It comes not so long after the Belgian was linked with Arsenal and Everton, so he seems to be dropping down the league.

Leicester City are presented as most persistent, having been keen on a move in January, and West Ham and Stoke would also be up against French competition if they were to make a move for the player.

The information is said to have come from a source close to Gladbach, but in Germany there’s no waves about this yet, although the French report will likely be covered eventually.

Hazard is a right footed attacking midfielder, he’s now 24 years of age, and last season he scored 6 goals and added four assists in the Bundesliga. With a contract running until June 2019, Gladbach would be under a little pressure if Leicester, West Ham, or Stoke appeared with a good bid.

However, it’s also prime contract renewal time, which could be the point to all of this.
