According to a claim in the Spanish media, Sevilla are showing an interest in Trabzonspor midfielder Okay Yokuslu.
The Turkey international has been linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion in recent weeks, following claims the Premier League side are lining up a summer bid for the player.
AS have reported on the latest developments regarding Yokuslu’s future, and Sevilla could join the race to sign the 23 year old. This summer Steven Nzonzi could leave the Spanish side, and subsequently they would be in the market for a defensive midfielder.
The Spanish newspaper says Yokuslu is an option for Sevilla if the Nzonzi joins another club, and they go as far as describing him as the ‘new Busquets’.
Last week we covered reports from Turkey that West Brom have stepped up their pursuit of Yokuslu by sending a scout to get a lowdown on him.
The Baggies were initially linked with the central midfielder in the last transfer window, and more recently it was reported West Brom could come in with an offer of €8m this summer.
