Fanatik claim Watford’s Obbi Oulare is still a serious candidate for Besiktas. The Belgian striker was on loan at Jupiler League side Zulte Waregem, but failed to make an impact.

Kara Kartal are also chasing the Demba Ba and Jackson Martinez, along with Leicester City’s Leonardo Ulloa.

Besiktas have made contact with Watford over their young striker, and Fanatik say negotiations are progressing well. Fanatik report Besiktas want to take Oulare initially on loan with an option to buy the forward in the summer.

Both parties are now trying to agree clauses, with Besiktas prepared to pay a right of redemption fee of €4m.

The former Club Brugge striker joined Watford last season, but didn’t play much in his first season at the club due to the form of Troy Deeney and Odion Ighalo.

In the summer Watford sent Oulare out on loan to Zulte Waregem, where he scored just one goal before his return to England.
