Two days ago, Corriere dello Sport reported Liverpool striker Divock Origi has been offered to several clubs across Europe and that includes Inter Milan.

On Tuesday, the same newspaper reported the Serie A side will discuss the possibility of signing the Belgium international.

FcInterNews provides an update on the chances of the Nerazzurri signing the Reds player in the winter market.

It’s claimed Antonio Conte’s side have ‘two objectives’ for the upcoming window and that includes signing a box-to-box midfielder and bringing in a new striker.

For the attack, Chelsea’s Olivier Giroud remains a target, but Inter are aware it’s difficult to get him away from the London club in January.

The outlet then says ‘watch out for Origi’. According to the report, Jürgen Klopp’s man is ‘leaving’ the English champions next month and has been ‘proposed’ to Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta by ‘some intermediaries’.

It’s unlikely the former Lille man is a priority target for the San Siro side as the report adds Gervinho remains the ‘hot’ name for the attack.

The Parma player’s profile and his ‘characteristics’ are something that Inter are currently lacking in their strike force. Hence, he would be a ‘hot’ target, ahead of Origi.

Origi has managed less than 10 minutes of action across three Premier League matches. The 25-year-old will have to leave Anfield, if he needs to feature regularly in the second half of the this season.
