Tottenham Hotspur winger Bryan Gil has now landed in Spain ahead of his move to Sevilla.

That’s reported by Estádio Deportivo, who say the player is now set for medical tests and will sign a contract with the La Liga side.

Gil is not ready to leave Tottenham for good, though, as he’s initially joining Sevilla on loan until the end of the season.

The Spanish media had already claimed that Jorge Sampaoli was looking forward to this signing, as the manager admitted that he previously tried to sign the winger at Marseille, and now he gets his man.

The transfer is also celebrated by Sevilla, who, due to them having the 21-year-old in their academy a few years ago, can register him as a home-grown player and still go after more signings this week.

Gil’s arrival in the city was also filmed and reported by El Chiringuito, who point out he made his trip with his family and his dogs.

The video shows club director Monchi welcoming the arrival of the Tottenham player, who is holding his puppy.
