Following reports at the weekend which said Nottingham Forest joined Tottenham Hotspur in the race for Juventus fullback Andrea Cambiaso, Italian newspaper Tuttosport today shares a paragraph about that.

There hadn’t been many rumours surrounding the player lately, and now it’s claimed that ‘many requests rained down’ his entourage in the past few days.

Nottingham Forest and Tottenham are said to be the latest to join that battle, despite the interest from Bologna and Milan.

Bologna already had the player on loan last season, and would now like to keep him for longer. The problem is that, following all those contacts, Juventus are willing to make big money with his sale.

It’s said that the Bianconeri’s intention is to sell Cambiaso for ‘at least’ €20m. So that increase in the list of clubs who want him will definitely help the club get the fee they want.

For now, it’s unclear whether Nottingham Forest or Tottenham already told Juventus how much they’d like to pay for the signing. In fact, all the interest in the 23-year-old seems to be in very initial stages.
