As Manchester United look to add a new midfielder to their squad, Erik ten Hag is also trying to get rid of some players at Old Trafford.

One of the likely casualties this summer will be Fred, who, despite playing quite frequently last season, no longer seems to be in the plans of the Dutch manager.

Galatasaray have been said to be interested in the midfielder, and Takvim now bring the latest on the Turkish side’s pursuit of the Manchester United player.

Previous reports claimed that the Süper Lig club had decided to up their offer, but that wasn’t seen as enough.

Now, the outlet claim to have new information, and state Galatasaray will ‘push all the conditions’ to get a transfer over the line.

The deal for the Manchester United player is said to be managed by the club’s Vice-President, Erden Timur, showing just how important this deal could be for them.

It’s recalled that Fred played 56 games in all competitions for the Red Devils last seasons and contributed to 12 goals, spread over six strikes and six assists.
