Galatarasay are interested in Tottenham Hotspur fullback Sergio Reguilon, according to reports from Turkey.

It’s outlet Takvim who today features a story claiming the Istanbul side are building their team for the next season and currently promise the signing of a left-back.

Galatasaray are said to have five names on their list, and among them is the Tottenham player.

There are no big details on how the club’s pursuit of Reguilon is going, as they just point out he was out on loan to Atlético Madrid this season.

Perhaps considering that spell in Spain, Galatasaray could even try a loan as well, but that’s just us speculating here.

Reguilon, who was not wanted at Tottenham last summer, was sent to Atlético Madrid and couldn’t adapt well there. He only had 317 minutes played in 12 appearances, and most of those matches were in the final stretch of the season.

That’s why he returns to Spurs on a low, and may not find a big market for him this summer.

The other targets the Turkish side are said to have are Angelino, Jordi Alba, Alex Sandro and Alex Telles, and ‘talks will be held’ for all of them, as Galatasaray go on the hunt for a new left-back.
