Bournemouth’s effort to sign Justin Kluivert from AS Roma seems to be getting very intense today.

In the morning, Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport featured a story claiming the Cherries were ready to buy the forward, and would need at least €10m to convince the Giallorossi.

Now as Calciomercato.it shares an update on the situation, they claim Kluivert should indeed be on his way to Bournemouth.

It’s claimed that only ‘details’ are left to be sorted between the clubs, as the Cherries have their doors ‘wide open’ for the player.

The transfer fee is said to be of between €8m and €10m, and it’s not detailed whether it’s the price that the clubs are still having the final discussions about.

Calciomercato’s headline claims Kluivert ‘flies to the Premier League’, so that’s how confident they are about the player’s departure to Bournemouth.

The forward spent the last season on loan at Valencia, where he had eight goals and two assists in 29 appearances.

He’s actually been involved in other loans in the past few years, having played for RB Leipzig and Nice, and it seems this should be his final goodbye.
