Mauro Icardi’s recent issues with his wife and agent Wanda Nara makes him one of the favourite subjects in the Italian media, who are already turning his personal-life gossip intro transfer stories.

So as Gazzetta Dello Sport writes about the Paris Saint Germain striker, they name Tottenham Hotspur as one of the potential destinations for his career.

The outlet writes that Icardi may wish to leave France soon, because beside his personal problems, he’s not been getting enough playing time under Mauricio Pochettino.

Even though he makes €7.3m per season in Paris, the Argentine wants to play more, and there are two places where he could do that: The Premier League and Serie A.

Gazzetta Dello Sport writes that Icardi has ‘admirers’ in England, ‘starting with Fabio Paratici at Tottenham’. Their report doesn’t give a lot more detail on Spurs’ plans to sign the 28-year-old, despite naming them as one of the contenders.

As Icardi is still to define his situation in Paris, clubs from Italy and England are said to be waiting before making any moves. The striker is currently valued by Transfermarkt at €35m, even though PSG spent €50m to sign him from Inter Milan.
