For the Catalan sport media, a Real Madrid crisis sometimes seems more welcome than Barcelona doing well.

Many pages are dedicated to it in newspapers with a Barcelona leaning and readership, and most of it is stirring the pot.

In a bumper article on Real Madrid’s need for a striker, Mundo Deportivo have a little snippet which raises an eyebrow or two.

It’s claimed Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been offered to Real Madrid, however the offer has been knocked back. The big Swede may be seeing himself edged out of the main picture by Manchester United, but he’ll not find a home at Madrid, according to Mundo.

The reasoning for the rejection is that Mino Raiola isn’t an agent ‘very much appreciated’ by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.

That could have something to do with the Paul Pogba to Manchester United transfer, or any of the pies Raiola has had a finger in.

On top of that, there’s concern over how Ibrahimovic would fit into the club’s ‘already complicated’ dressing room.
