Joao Cancelo’s move from Valencia to Juventus in the summer was part of a growing relationship between Jorge Mendes and the Turin club.
At the end of last month, we carried a report from Calciomercato, who suggested the super agent is working on taking other clients to the Allianz Stadium, and they are Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Ruben Neves and Diogo Jota.
There is now another report from the same outlet and the Italian website have a short story talking about the Wolves’ No. 8.
Less than two weeks after mentioning that Mendes is working on helping Neves join the Serie A winners, Calciomercato claims Paris Saint-Germain have set their sights on the Portuguese international for a future transfer.
The entire story has only one sentence, in which they mention the French champions monitoring the Premier League player and state when his contract will expire (2023) at the Molineux Stadium.
The headline probably says more, claiming ‘a big one comes forward’ for the Wolves star.
With Ruben Neves continuing to play well these claims will only continue, regardless of there being anything behind them or not.
