It’s fair to say Andrea Radrizzani hasn’t taken Leeds United’s Wednesday evening defeat very well at all.

Leeds United lost 3-0 at home to Championship rivals Wolves, and it’s the latter club looking clear favourites for promotion to the Premier League this season.

Helping to drive Wolves’ success has been a relationship with Jorge Mendes, with the Portuguese agent having a close connection with the club’s owners Fosun.

That’s seen a series of players recruited who have been crucial for Wolves and Nuno Espirito Santo, who just so happened to be Mendes’ first ever client when the now manager was a goalkeeper.

Taking to Twitter, Radrizzani suggested the Championship isn’t fair, and Wolves’ situation ‘not legal’, making it sound very much like sour grapes.

Leeds United fans haven’t shared the sentiment, with a string of replies slamming the club’s owner. One asked ‘You been hacked?’ whilst another put it simply ‘Shut up you mug’.

The Yorkshire club have their own connection with Aspire, and although there’s much smoke and mirrors related to that, it obviously hasn’t had the impact of Wolves and Mendes.
