According to a claim in the Norwegian media, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have a ‘concrete interest’ in Genk midfielder Sander Berge and the player could be heading to England.

Dagbladet report Berge could be heading to the Premier League before the transfer window closes tomorrow evening, but the destination club hasn’t been disclosed.

However, the Norwegian newspaper report that, according to their sources, the 20 year old has been on Arsenal’s and Tottenham’s radar and the two London clubs are still interested in the youngster.

If Tottenham and Arsenal are to make a move for Berge then they could face competition from Spanish side Sevilla, who were linked with the Norway international earlier in the transfer window.

Berge’s agent is said to be currently in England, but he wouldn’t give comments to Dagbladet about his client’s situation.

It remains to be seen if Arsenal and Tottenham will look to land the Genk player, but this will become clearer in the next 24 hours.
