Nottingham Forest target now represented by new agent – Now expecting offers from bigger clubs

Following Nottingham Forest’s attempt to sign Santos wonderkid Angelo in January, we’ve seen several stories claiming the Reds would soon have a new chance to get him.

It’s been claimed that with club and player both interested in his sale, his exit would become easier in the summer.

However, as UOL features some news on that front today, they actually bring some quite unexciting news for Nottingham Forest.

The outlet starts by explaining that Angelo is now represented by Giuliano Bertolucci. He’s one of the most powerful football agents in the world and worked on several deals with Premier League clubs. This change could give him better opportunities in the coming windows.

UOL recalls that when Nottingham Forest tried to sign Angelo in January, the player saw that as a good opportunity, but what ‘cooled down’ the deal was their attempt to land him on loan with an option to buy.

Now, with Bertolucci in the picture, it’s said the expectation from Angelo and Santos is for offers from clubs of ‘another tier’ than the Reds. A good example of that is AC Milan making an approach in the past few days.
