Fanatik have confirmed Manchester United’s Eastern Europe scout Krsto Kilibarda was in the stands during Fenerbahce’s 3-1 defeat against Alanyaspor last night as he watched Kosovan striker Vedat Muriqi in action.

Last week we covered reports from Turkey that Kilibarda (pictured below at the match) would watch the 25 year old against Alanyaspor and Fanatik claim the Manchester United official attended the game with Cenk Melih Yazici, who’s an agent of Juventus’ Turkish defender Merih Demiral.

Kilibarda reportedly took plenty notes on the Fenerbahce striker and overall, he was impressed with what he saw from the player despite his side’s defeat.

Fenerbahce tasted defeat for the first time this season thanks to a double from Papiss Cisse, but Muriqi was involved in Fener’s only goal.

Since joining the Super Lig side in the summer Muriqi has been in impressive form, which has brought him to the attention of Manchester United.

The Turkish newspaper claims Kilibarda will continue to watch the attacker and report to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer until the end of the season.
