Manchester United, Fulham and Arsenal are all reportedly in the picture to sign former Leeds United midfielder Weston McKennie.

The Juventus player was on loan at Leeds in the second half of last season and failed to shine for the Whites. He’s managed to turn things around at the Serie A side this season, and that has apparently caught the attention of the Red Devils, Fulham and Arsenal.

That’s according to Bianconera News, who state Manchester United, Fulham and Arsenal are the Premier League sides that like the Leeds flop.

Along with the alleged interest Erik ten Hag’s side, Fulham and Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are trying to bring the former Schalke man back to the Bundesliga.

The 25-year-old’s deal lasts until 2025 and the Old Lady are keen on securing his long-term future. The likes of Manchester United, Fulham, Arsenal and others being keen on him may make it difficult for Juve to renew his contract, but it all gives his his agent power in negotiations.

And, obviously, that could be what these claims are all about rather than all three clubs being genuinely keen.

This report comes days after Corriere dello Sport stated the American has a possibility of returning to the Premier League, a year after his struggles at Leeds United. Corriere made no mention of any clubs and Bianconera News now name Manchester United, Fulham and Arsenal as his contenders.

McKennie has nine assists from 28 games for Juventus this season.
