While Bryan Gil might not be able to stay at Sevilla at the end of the season, that doesn’t mean the Tottenham man has no suitors.

The young winger has never been given a real chance at Spurs since his big transfer to London, as Antonio Conte never seemed to really believe in him.

Various loans to Spain meant his time with Tottenham has been somewhat limited, but Corriere dello Sport hint his next trip could be to Italy.

That’s because Maurizio Sarri is planning to revamp his Lazio squad after securing qualification for next year’s Champions League, and sees the Spaniard as an ideal addition.

While the ‘millionaire dream’ would be Domenico Berardi from Sassuolo, the Italian manager ‘has indicated a less expensive name’.

That is Bryan Gil, currently contracted to Tottenham, who will return from his loan at Sevilla, meaning Daniel Levy and whoever eventually replaces Antonio Conte will have to decide what to do with him.

If the next manager doesn’t want him, then Lazio could be a great next step to continue his career, whether it be on loan or on a permanent transfer.
