Liverpool have made a few signings this summer, but they’re not done yet.
The Merseyside club might still want to sign a couple of fullbacks, especially after the departure of Brad Smith.
According to L’Equipe on Friday, Liverpool are interested in signing Lyon defender Jordy Gaspar.
L’Equipe say Lyon could lose Gaspar this summer, as he hasn’t signed a professional contract yet.
Liverpool, however, could face competition from Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen for the 19-year-old.
Gaspar is primarily a right back, but could also play at left back.
Liverpool were earlier linked to Leicester’s Ben Chilwell, and Gaspar could be a good alternative.
