Paris Saint-Germain’s El Chadaille Bitshiabu has ended up on Liverpool’s radar, according to Le10 Sport.

The 17-year-old came up through the ranks of PSG’s youth system and made his way into their first team a year ago.

Bitshiabu, who has made 13 appearances this season, has been ‘one of the revelations of the 2022/23 season’. His performances, profile and age has seen Liverpool take notice.

The centre-back has a deal expiring in 2024 and made a ‘very strong choice’ behind the scenes by changing agents. This was reported by Foot Mercato, who explained he has tasked Jorge Mendes with managing his interests.

Le10 relay this and then add PSG will have to negotiate with the super-agent to keep their young star beyond 2024.

Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Dortmund were earlier named as the defender’s suitors. The two German clubs are joined by Liverpool as they are ‘already at the door’ for him.

It’s claimed Jürgen Klopp’s side have ‘already shown strong interest’ to sign the player in ‘recent days’. The report states it’s still too early to talk about a concrete track leading to the Reds, also because the teenager has a new agent.

As it stands, ‘no decision has been made’ by Bitshiabu and his camp. ‘Everything remains to be done’ as he could either leave PSG in the summer or sign a new deal with them.

Liverpool and his other suitors would be waiting to know about Bitshiabu’s future decision.
