With a lot of players now on international duty, some are quite glad to be away from their club, where things aren’t exactly going to plan.

Youri Tielemans is one of those, as Leicester City are currently bottom of the Premier League, having recently lost 6-2 to Tottenham.

The Foxes need to turn things around as quickly as possible if they want to avoid a relegation battle for the rest of the season, and it could be time for Brendan Rodgers to try something new.

One of those options is Dennis Praet, who returned from his Torino loan in the summer, but has barely been used by the Leicester manager.

Three appearances in all competitions isn’t exactly what the 28-year-old wants at this point in his career, but, according to Tielemans, he’s getting his head down and is doing everything he can to get on the pitch.

The Leicester star revealed this when talking to the press with Belgium, where he was asked about his teammate’s absence in the Belgium squad.

He said, relayed by Walfoot: “Yes, Dennis is going through a difficult time at the club. He has little playing time, but I know he is working hard to convince the manager. I know he would have liked to be with us in the national team.”
