Swedish side AIK Solna’s young forward Alexander Isak is attracting interest from some of the top clubs in Europe, according to claims in Sweden.
The 17-year-old was linked to the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Liverpool and Real Madrid. However, reports in Italy suggest Isak has also managed to grab interest from other Premier League clubs.
According to Calciomercato, Leicester and Southampton are also keeping tabs on Isak. However, the Premier League clubs also face competition from Inter and Juventus.
The Turin side are keen on signing the Swedish forward in a partnership with Cagliari in January. Earlier, AIK Solna’s director of sports, Bjorn Wesström, admitted Isak could leave for a club record transfer fee.
The 17-year-old has scored 7 goals in 19 appearances, and has been dubbed as the next ‘Zlatan Ibrahimovic’.
