According to Sdna.Gr, Leeds United’s Belgian left-back Laurens De Bock will be expected to arrive in Greece tomorrow ahead of his potential move to Aris on a season-long loan deal.

Earlier, we covered claims from Greece about Aris’ interest for the player and Sdna now say the deal looks very close.

After spending the last season on loan at Belgian side KV Oostende, De Bock has been widely expected to leave Leeds as he’s not in Marcelo Bielsa’s plans at Elland Road going forward, so another loan move always seemed likely.

The Greek website state the Belgian defender will undergo a medical tomorrow and join his new teammates.

The former Club Brugge player cost Leeds €1.7m back in 2018 after spending five years there but has failed to prove himself at the English club since, featuring just seven times for the Championship side.

He is under contract with his club until June 2022.
