According to latest information coming out of Greece, via SDNA, the Olympiacos camp are expecting Thursday’s Europa League game against Wolves to go ahead, despite the Greek club’s owner Evangelos Marinakis testing positive for Coronavirus.
Earlier, we covered claims from Record that Olympiacos boss Pedro Martins and all of his players have gone through exams at the club’s training centre after Marinakis announced on his personal Instagram account that he’s tested positive.
Martins explained that results would come through in a few hours, and made clear none of the playing staff or coaches have shown any symptoms.
Around the same time, there were reports in the English press that Wolves have asked to postpone the game but Sdna report it’s not a probability at this stage.
The latest information from Olympiacos camp is that the game will go ahead without the fans as reported earlier, ‘despite Wolves’ attempt to postpone’.
Sources close to Erythrolefki also stated that all of the club’s coaching staff and the players are preparing normally for the game.
