It’s been a few days since Paul Pogba has been sent off to player for another club, but there’s a new claim, and this time it’s not Juventus.

Well known French journalist Didier Roustan, who has worked for the likes of Canal, TF1 and L’Equipe, has been speaking about the player’s future and appears to have convinced himself a move to PSG could be on.

Speaking to French TV, and picked up Le10 Sport, Roustan is quoted as saying: “We can see Pogba on PSG’s team next year.

“I think they will put together the package to get him. Mourinho doesn’t want him anymore, but he hesitates to return to the championship of France.”

Playing for a Ligue 1 side would likely be seen as a step backwards for Pogba, regardless of Neymar signing for the Parisian club last summer.

It would certainly be a coup for the French club and if they feel there’s a chance of the signing then they may try and bend FFP to make it happen.

Leaving Manchester United would be a huge shock, despite all the claims it’s possible, and if Jose Mourinho was to edge out both Anthony Martial and Pogba in one summer then he’d crank the pressure up on himself even more.
