Deciding to bring back Moise Kean on loan from Everton after selling him to the Toffees a couple of years before, Juventus’ hopes of a grand return haven’t gone to plan.

The forward has only managed to score five goals and pick up the one assists in 29 appearances for the Serie A side under Max Allegri, and the two-season deal with an option to buy that becomes permanent under certain requirements is starting to really look like an expensive flop.

Kean appears to think as much too, as Corriere Torino on Wednesday explain both Juventus and the Italy international ‘are looking for a way out’.

It’s mentioned that Paris Saint-Germain, where the 22-year-old spent a successful season-long loan last season, could help in this endeavour, but ‘obviously, there is a need to come to an agreement with Everton’, which is described as ‘not easy’.

That will be because the Toffees, who are already making €7m from the loan alone (€3m this year and €4m next year), can also make €28m + €3m in bonuses should Kean end up staying at Juventus through that potentially mandatory purchase clause.

Something to think about, but normally, where there’s a will, there’s a way, and if Paris Saint-Germain do want Kean, they might be able to come to a financial arrangement with both Juventus and Everton to ensure they get their man.
