Adrien Rabiot to Everton claims have been popping up around the Italian sport media for the past few days, and they’ve all pretty much carried the same theme.

Carlo Ancelotti knows the midfielder from their time together at PSG, and would want him for his Goodison Park revolution. A move would be on a loan basis, with Everton ready to pay a relatively big fee to have the player between now and the end of the season.

However, Tuttosport has it differently.

The Turin newspaper states Everton ‘insist’ on signing the player, and are ‘ready to pay’ €30m for a January transfer. As it stands, Juventus have rejected the approach, with Maurizio Sarri feeling he can get enough out of the player going forward.

It doesn’t sound like a total rejection and a lot could depend on fitness and sales elsewhere in the Serie A club’s squad.

Tuttosport always side with Juventus so there’s every chance they’re trying to hype the player’s value, showing that their local club has again worked a free transfer wonder.
