Everton striker Moise Kean could return to Juventus this summer in an exchange with midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

That’s according to Calciomercato.it, who say Carlo Ancelotti has given his ‘approval’ to a potential swap deal between the two clubs.

They cite journalist Claudio Raimondi, who claims Everton and Juventus have cooked up a swap deal that would see both players valued at €50m.

That would see both making a ‘substantial capital gain’ on either player, and both get what they want this summer.

The deal, which we assume would see both clubs paying €50m for each player rather than a straight swap, already has Ancelotti’s approval as he ‘says yes’, but the Blues are pushing for more.

They also want to see Juve centre back Merih Demiral included in the deal, but the Italian giants are ‘reluctant’ to let him go as they believe he can be an important player for them now and in the future.

They seemingly prefer just a straight swap between Rabiot and Kean, which, on the face of it, is more beneficial to them than Everton.

That’s why it seems hard to believe the Toffees have approved this in any way.

While it’s believable they want Rabiot and Demiral, particularly the former, it’s hard to see them thinking he’s worth the same as Kean.

That is demonstrably not true after their performances this season, so we’ll take this rumour with a massive pinch of salt and cynicism at this point.
