Antonio Conte’s excitement with the good start of Marcos Alonso at Chelsea could mean the manager will try more signings from Fiorentina. That’s what Calcio Mercato is reporting today.

They say that the Italian boss is pretty happy with the new signing and is already keeping an eye on other players from La Viola.

Calcio Mercato claims that players such as Nenad Tomovic, Federico Bernardeschi and Milan Badelj are all targets for Chelsea, as they have all been doing well this season.

From these three, Badelj would be the one who’s most wanted by Conte. And even though Fiorentina have no intention to let him go, they know that Chelsea have enough money to make a convincing offer.

An interesting claim is that the Italian side would not only be preparing themselves to get money, but also to sign a couple of Chelsea players.

It already happened when Chelsea loaned them Mohamed Salah following the permanent move of Juan Cuadrado to London. The result wasn’t very good for Fiorentina at that time, but the club would be happy to make a similar deal now.
