Besiktas have sent their board member Adil Naibi to England with regards to signing Watford forward Obbi Oulare.

The young Belgian striker is a target for the Kara Kartal and the Turkish club are now considering their options with former Chelsea forward Demba Ba also a target.

Fotomaç report Adil Naibi has met with Watford’s football operations manager Richard Line over signing Oulare. The newspaper reports Besiktas have offered the English club a €200K loan fee and they will also pay the striker’s wages during this period.

Speculation has been gathering in the Turkish media over this possible deal, and it seems Besiktas’ interest for the Watford youngster is genuine.

Oulare spent the first half of the season in the Jupilier League with Zulte Waregem after failing to get regular football at Watford in the last campaign.

However, the striker was unable to replicate the form he showed whilst at Club Brugge, scoring only one goal in eleven appearances for the Belgian side.

The forward has since returned to Watford, but the Premier League side look willing to loan him out again following comments from Walter Mazzarri last week.
