Fenerbahce are still in the market for a left-back and Fotomac claim the Turkish side could make a move for Chelsea’s Kenedy.

The Istanbul club deployed right-footed winger Nabil Dirar as their left-back in the opening two league games and their only player in this position, Hasan Ali Kaldirim, faces a spell on the sidelines.

Fener manager Ersun Yanal has previously told the club’s president Ali Koc that signing a left-back is a priority and the Istanbul side are looking at alternatives after AS Roma decided to keep Aleksandar Kolarov.

Fotomac claim Kenedy could join Fenerbahce and that the Brazilian has decided to leave Chelsea because of a lack of games.

According to the Turkish newspaper, the 23 year old could join the Yellow Canaries on a season long loan deal and they’re working very hard to get the player before the transfer deadline.

Kenedy has one year left on his current contract at Stamford Bridge but looks surplus to requirements under Frank Lampard.

Last season he was loaned out to Newcastle United.
