While Juventus have been the club most recently named with a possible move for Paul Pogba in the near future, the Manchester United star’s wage demands have always been an issue.

Since he would be moving without a transfer fee, should he not renew with the Red Devils, then this would be the perfect opportunity for him to get a nice pay day and rich signing on fee, which remains problematic for Serie A sides.

For Paris Saint-Germain, however, that’s less of an issue, and But! Football Club claim Leonardo, whose role at the club remains on very thin ice, is working on the summer transfer window, with the Manchester United midfielder at the top of his list.

It’s said the Brazilian transfer chief is ‘pushing talks with Mino Raiola’, who is Pogba’s agent, and while Juventus are mentioned, it’s made clear the Ligue 1 side ‘have the means to get everyone to agree’.

Not only that, but despite the expectation that Mauricio Pochettino will be fired come the end of the campaign regardless of whether Paris Saint-Germain win the league or not, the move for the Manchester United player shouldn’t be affected if Zinédine Zidane takes over.

That’s because the former France international has ‘validated the name of Paul Pogba’ as a potential recruit should he accept to replace the Argentine in the Parc des Princes dugout.
